It's easy, there are 2 ways you can do this after you have purchased a course licence:

1. Once you have purchased a licence you'll receive an email with login details for the admin dashboard (https://admin.ssslearning.co.uk). To issue training to staff log in and follow the wizard to issue a course.
2. If someone else is going to issue courses to staff, you can log in to the admin dashboard and add them as an admin user. They will then be able to access their own training and issue courses to other members of staff.

We'll email your activation key to you. All you need to do is login to your admin dashboard (http://admin.ssslearning.co.uk) and here you can issue training to your team.

No - you don't need to complete our courses in one session.

Our system tracks and saves progress, enabling you to access / resume the course to fit around your workload.

Yes - from the admin dashboard you can view all certificates and run a variety of reports.

Included as standard are the following reports which will appear in tabs on the downloaded spreadsheet:

Full report

All data in one tabbed spreadsheet for you to review. The Full report gives you the option to download a collection of reports into one spreadsheet, including any reports that you have saved. The full report includes:

• Latest certificates
• Full certificate history
• Current certificates
• Recommended revalidations
• Statutory revalidations

Staff reports

You can run a report for individual or selected members of staff and see which courses they have completed.

Course completions

You can run a report by course title and easily identify who has completed the course.

Document reading

You can run a report to see which documentation staff have read including the date and time each document was read. You can also filter by name or by a particular document.

Saved reports

You can also create and save your own bespoke reports which can be scheduled and emailed to you.

The course can be completed by individuals or collectively in groups.

Using Group Mode you can create fully tracked Group Training sessions which facilitates collective e-learning and discussion as part of a group.

Group Mode is perfect for learners that prefer group work and a fantastic way to engage in training together as a team promoting discussion and positive learning outcomes. It's so easy to use and sessions can be set up in just a few minutes.
