Record
Using one simple screen, all staff can securely record a concern which will immediately notify the DSL / Safeguarding Team.
Respond
The DSL/Safeguarding Team can initiate an immediate response to each concern and manage additional ongoing actions where needed. Our unique planner enables the DSL/Safeguarding Team to:
- Track progress of ongoing support and allocated tasks
- Record and track all referrals and interventions (internal and external)
- Set reminders to track and monitor progress of allocated staff tasks
Review
A full case record by child/incident is maintained. This enables the DSL/Safeguarding Team to:
- Direct ongoing support at the optimum times
- Review case management
- Initiate case closure
Report
Our Statistics and Report option offers the facility to produce a variety of reports by Concern categories (e.g. Bullying, Neglect, Domestic Abuse); Gender; Age/Year Group; Ethnicity; Location (e.g Playground, Dining Hall, Classrooms). Reports can also be tailored and produced for use at Governance meetings, to meet Local Authority requirements and during Inspection.
Chronologies can also be produced, redacted where appropriate, for use at Child Protection, Child in Need, or Early Help meetings.

SafeguardingConcern:
- A secure system which focuses solely on safeguarding concerns (Behavioural concerns are only entered onto the system when they become a safeguarding concern).
- 3 levels of user access: Level 1 for all staff; Level 2 for DSLs and their safeguarding team; and Level 3 for Trust / cluster management if needed.
- A smooth transition to import existing concern tracking data from alternative systems if required.
